RACRESTER™ is the trade name for acrylic rubber manufactured by Osaka Soda Co., LTD. It is designated as ACM by the ASTM.

The chemical structure of the main chain in ACM provides it excellent heat and ozone resistance. Cold and oil resistance can be modified by altering the structure and balance of the ester groups and cross-linking groups in the side chains.

This allows RACRESTER™ A & C series to have the high oil resistance especially at high temperatures making it an ideal choice for automotive and industrial applications. The RACRESTER™ E series (Epoxy based) with its excellent corrosion resistance is also suitable for electronic material adhesive applications.

These properties along with its high processability have allowed RACRESTER™ to prove its effectiveness in automotive, industrial, and electronic material adhesive applications throughout the world.
