The TAFMER™ BL6 Series is a butene-based co-polymer that is phthalate-free, making it ideal for easy-peel packaging applications. Multiple grades are available, depending on the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of the base polyethylene (PE).
TAFMER™ BL 6100 is optimal for blown molding when paired with low MFR PE. All the monomers and additives used in the above TAFMER™ grades are listed in the “Code of Federal Regulation, title 21 Food and Drugs, Parts 170 to 189” and are listed in the “FCN (Food Contact Notification).
